Opening: What was your ROI for Sapphire Sessions?

About 16x - like, in the first three sessions, I think I made 16x on the investment.

Sunya: And then six months later, total?

13x, or something like that - on a bigger investment of working with you guys.

Orion: Would it be safe to say your ROI was half a million dollars or more [total]?

About, yeah.

1. Was Sapphire Sessions worth the investment?

Without question, absolutely.

We first did a handful of calls, a commitment. And then you offered kind of upping the game - twice a week, for six months. And I was like, well, with the results that I'm getting, with the big shifts and the monumental decisions that I've already made in this short amount of time, and the support and love that I feel - no question, absolutely.

And was it worth the investment? Yes, indeed. Wow, very, very much. Yes, I'm very grateful.

2. Was there a moment when you felt genuinely seen and held during Sapphire Sessions?

Yes, indeed. There were multiple times, but one in particular jumps out at me, about something that seems rather mundane. How sometimes when I put things in the calendar, it works out great. And other times it's like, eh, this is not... You guys helped me see that the place that I'm coming from, when I'm planning my week, for example, if it's coming from my heart, how big of a difference that can make. As you were relaying that to me, I felt so touched, not because it was a canned insight that you had learned and shared with me, but because it was speaking directly to me and to my needs in that moment. And that transmission that I received felt so loving because I felt so seen. And I shared that I feel so loved right now.

3. How does Sapphire Sessions compare to other mentoring programs you've experienced?

A lot of times I would come in the call with the two of you and it would feel kind of like, ah, just like soothing, like a warm bath. Like I can just rest. It's okay if I do a bit of stream of consciousness, kind of do a bunch of verbal processing. I don't really know necessarily what I want to talk about, but you guys are giving me a space to just share, share, share. And through that, finding something that I needed to share that I didn't yet know that I needed to share, or something that I needed feedback on that I didn't know I needed feedback on yet.

I had never coached with two people at the same time like this. That added a sense of support, just being supported. It just felt so generous when you guys are with me. It feels so generous. And I feel extra supported and celebrated and encouraged. Also, just feeling really comfortable with you guys - you both have a very gentle manner, and very open and loving.

And also having the longer call format - typically longer than other coaches that I've worked with, sometimes twice as long, like 45 versus 90 minutes. That was really supportive. It allowed me to go to deeper places.

And there's different coaching styles. Some are more directive. But what's cool with you guys is there's both. It's like there's a big time of receiving or being received. I'm sharing updates and things. And sometimes I just want to share because it feels good to share successes. And you guys feel like friends to me. But after that period of sharing is over, maybe I'm honing in on something that I want to seek guidance on. Whether I ask for it or not, sometimes if Sunya's getting something intuitively that feels right to share in that moment, she will just start speaking. And so then the call shifts - I've been talking for a long time, and now I'm just soaking in the insights.

And a recent example of that had to do with the King archetype. And I do want to listen to that recording again, that part of the call, because I've been sensing into it more and leaning into it more. Where it's important for a king, for example, to be present and be connected to the divine if that person's responsibility is to make important decisions that impact other people. And if I'm getting caught up in the weeds, then I might be abdicating my responsibility. If I make my number one priority that inner connection - which these calls have helped me do - then I may be able to make those decisions from a deeper, more aligned place.

4. How much more fulfilled are you in life now versus before Sapphire Sessions?

So much, so much fulfillment. So much more fulfillment than when I began working with you guys.

After I decided through your support and help to not go to Stanford, my appreciation for everything in my life, the abundance of everything in my life - my connections, my communities, my relationships, the place that I live near the water, and my church and my role in church - all of these things fit together in such a beautiful tapestry. And then when I got the house, it just went, I don't know, kind of tenfold.

So yeah, that's why I say it's sitting in this chair, looking out the window, expanding my capacity for gratitude. It is an accelerated growth trajectory. It's like fulfilling desires that are deeper than I had acknowledged that I had.

5. How did Sapphire Sessions increase your time, money, and mental ease as a direct result of the first 3 sessions alone?

I noticed that over the next couple of months, I had a gloriously full schedule, but I felt at ease and not hurried. So it's like I'm doing and accomplishing a lot more than I usually do, but I'm not feeling stressed about it. So greater alignment meant I had more time. It was more of a perception of time. Time's very strange. It's not really a zero sum game. I was able to do a lot more and feel more spacious at the same time.

I certainly saved on all the costs of moving, the stress of that, and tuition - $150k a year or whatever it is, plus living expenses. And yeah, so that was a good investment. You saved me on that.

In terms of just the monetary? Oh yeah, over $200,000. When you look at it fairly from a quantitative perspective, I got quite a good return on my investment straight away.

Sunya: You had mentioned in the application that you were considering either selling your current business or hiring someone to run it. So what about factoring in delayed revenue growth?

Orion: Hiring a COO?

Yeah, I would probably throw in another couple of hundred thousand there.

Orion: That of course opened the doors for you to pursue your music learning technology company - putting that on the fast track so that could be a potential income stream for you sooner than you originally had planned.

Yeah, my goal was to go to Stanford and by 2027 to have started music learning technology that represents my life's work. And now I don't have to wait.

6. By Month 4, what were some highlight achievements in your personal life and business as a direct result of Sapphire Sessions?

You did help me save money on the home because you helped me see the possibility for getting the home. And then I was like, okay, I don't want to low ball - I don't want to not get the home because I offer too low a price. So I was considering these different numbers. And then Orion was kind of teasing out from my heart: "Well, what feels good? What feels right? Is there a number that feels right? It's not a rational thing." And I just remembered seeing another listing once - I don't even know how many millions, but I just remembered 0.85. For some reason that just stuck out to me. But I was thinking 0.9, 0.95 more rationally - that was already over $100k off the asking price. And Orion was like: "Is that the number that your heart's calling you?" And I was like, okay, I'm just going to do it. I'm going to put the offer in. And long story short, you guys saved me $225,000 on the house. Through your encouragement in coaching, just to find that wisdom in myself.

Just by being really clear about who I was looking for in terms of team members for my business, they were able to self-disqualify of their own accord. There were two examples of that. One seemed really promising and he decided this probably wasn't the right fit for him after I shared in greater detail about what I was looking for - which your coaching helped me with, in terms of being more precise about what I'm looking for. And then another very similar example - someone who looked really good on paper, but after I shared very honestly upfront, he also decided it wasn't right for him. Those are big wins, because it means I didn't enter into a relationship that was going to have to end anyway because it wasn't the right fit. It's sometimes easy to miss those, but those are big wins.

What your support has also helped me do is not talk myself out of what my heart is telling me. So if I feel something isn't a good fit - maybe there are certain aspects that are good, but this fundamentally actually isn't a good fit - then listen to that. Don't look for reasons to talk myself out of it. And I won't let it go even if other people say, "Oh, this person's really good." That's great. But if it's not a good fit for me, then even if I don't have any other options right now, there is an option out there. I'll be ready for it.

7. How have you spiritually grown as a direct result of Sapphire Sessions?

I've grown in my sense of responsibility for making sovereign decisions that align with what I most deeply want. And seeing that there's no contradiction or conflict between what God wants and what I most deeply want. That's a big caveat - most deeply want, right? And seeing that what I most deeply want is a deep desire. It is desire. And that my desire is holy, God-given, sacred.

8. How would you describe your experience of Sapphire Sessions to a fellow 7-8+ figure leader?

Sapphire Sessions is about listening to your own deep intuition as facilitated by these lovely people who have a deep spiritual connection. And regardless of how you might frame it in your own worldview, it does provide true - I'll call it - angelic guidance, because that's how I experienced it. And it was tailored towards my life and the details of my life in a very loving way. So it was not a generic sort of thing. And I feel very blessed to have worked with them. And it's changed my life in profound ways.

9. Are there specific decisions you made in this container that you know, with certainty, you would have made differently - or not at all - without Sapphire Sessions?

I'm pretty certain I would not have - I would not be in this house without having worked with you guys. That's huge. And I'm mostly certain that I would have gone forward with applying to Stanford had I not been with you guys. And if I had gotten in, I probably would have gone. I don't know, it's hard to imagine.

So this is the thing - I came in with my plans and I hired you guys to support me in those. On the Stanford decision, I was like, what? That's my goal. This is my goal. And we did a special meditation for this, had to do with a frozen lake, to really see how do I feel with the possibility of really letting go of that goal. And I felt so much relief. And I was like, why would I not want to keep feeling this?

Right around that same time, I had decided - through kind of another process with someone else - my word for the year, which is enjoyment. With your help on the Stanford decision, that sort of unlocked this whole world of enjoyment. So I was both like, I should have picked this word earlier - it was a good word - and thank God I had your coaching.
